What is PEER?

PEER (Paperless Environment for Electronic Review) is a web portal developed and maintained by the VUMC Office of Contract Management and the to streamline submission and management of grant- and contract-related requests and information. The information collected via PEER includes Conflict of Interest Certifications and Investigator Assurances for grant applications, new contract requests, and other award management items such as grant rebudget requests, effort changes, and more.
